Description

Priory Tudor House
Full Time/37.5 Hours | Site-based
Accredited or equivalent salary: £39,140–£45,320
Working towards accreditation salary: £31,940–£36,050
Join our founding team and help shape a new therapy-led addiction recovery service. Must have addictions experience.
We are recruiting Addictions Therapists for Tudor House, our latest residential service in Grafton Regis located in rural Northamptonshire, close to Milton Keynes and Northampton.

Home to Flourish, Priory’s therapy-led addiction programme, offering personalised treatment in a calm, homely setting. Opening is planned for January 2027, with role start dates from late November 2026 onwards.

We welcome therapists registered with a recognised professional body, including BACP, UKCP, NCPS, HCPC or equivalent. We will support your development during your first year through an individually agreed plan, which may include study days and guidance from your line manager and colleagues across Priory.
You will join the higher salary band if you already hold the required accreditation or equivalent status, or progress to it once this is achieved and verified.

  • Develop person-centred treatment plans and contribute to case reviews, risk assessments and care planning.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and therapeutic relationships that meet professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
You can find additional information in the attached job description.

  • Delivery of psychoeducational groups, relapse prevention and recovery-focused interventions.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, clinical governance and regulatory standards.
