Seeking Experienced Practitioners specialising in SEND, Sensory Wellbeing & Neurodiversity

Tree of Life Centre | Hove, Brighton & Hove

Help us shape the next chapter of Tree of Life...

At the Tree of Life Centre in Hove, we are exploring an expansion of our services to include a dedicated offering in SEND, sensory wellbeing and neurodiversity, supporting both children and adults.

We are keen to hear from experienced practitioners who specialise in these areas and would like to become part of a warm, collaborative and well-established centre, joining us on a self-employed basis. We welcome applications from all professional backgrounds. Whether your work focuses on sensory processing, neurodivergence, emotional wellbeing, therapeutic support, family support or related areas, we would love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to help shape an evolving area of our work, connect with practitioners from other disciplines and contribute to a supportive environment where people and families can find the right help for their needs. .

About Tree of Life

Established in 2013, Tree of Life is an integrated health centre and yoga studio in Hove. We bring together a diverse team of experienced practitioners and teachers offering a wide range of therapies and wellbeing services.

Our centre is known for its calm surroundings, friendly culture and, above all, the care and kindness of the people who work here. We have over 500, all 5-star Google reviews, reflecting the experience we strive to offer every person who walks through our doors.

Find out more about us at www.tolcentre.com.

What we offer our practitioners

We want our practitioners to feel at home and well supported at Tree of Life, knowing they’re part of a kind, collaborative team who care about them as well as their clients.

As part of the Tree of Life team, you can expect:

  • A dedicated practitioner profile on our website, helping prospective clients discover your work and understand how you can support them.
  • Referrals and booking support, with our friendly reception team available six days a week to answer enquiries, manage bookings and welcome your clients.
  • Your own online diary through JaneApp, giving you control over your appointments and the flexibility to manage your schedule.
  • Marketing and promotion, including website features, social media, newsletters and practitioner interviews designed to introduce your work to a wider audience.
  • Beautiful, calming treatment rooms, with access to our ten therapy rooms and a welcoming reception area.
  • Straightforward financial administration, with monthly accounting and invoicing managed by our finance manager.
  • A transparent and competitive fee structure, with no fixed monthly room rent

Our new website is also in development, with a strong focus on search visibility and emerging AI-powered search tools, as we continue to invest in helping people find the right practitioner. New dedicated social media management also starts this month, expanding our reach to new clients who we can help.

A supportive, sensory-informed place to work

You'll be joining a community of kind, experienced colleagues across a wide range of disciplines, with opportunities to share knowledge, make connections and develop relationships with practitioners whose work complements your own.

We want you to feel valued and supported here, with flexibility around your working patterns, appointment pacing and breaks. We've built a centre where practitioner do meaningful work in an environment that considers the wellbeing of everyone who walks through the door.

We also recognise the importance of the environment in which care takes place. Tree of Life has been designed with sensory wellbeing in mind, drawing on biophilic and neuro design, and an understanding of how our surroundings can influence how we feel. Our calm, regulating therapy rooms offer safe and welcoming spaces that feel connected to nature and provide a supportive setting for both practitioners and clients.

Who we'd love to hear from

We are particularly interested in experienced practitioners working with SEND, sensory processing and sensory wellbeing, neurodivergence, or the emotional and practical needs of children, adults and families.

All relevant professional backgrounds are welcome. We are at an exploratory stage and would value conversations with practitioners who can help us understand what services would be most useful and how we might develop this offering together.

If this sounds like a good fit for your work, we would love to hear from you. Please reply to Gaynor with CV and cover letter - let us know about your background, experience, specialist interests and what you would like to bring to Tree of Life.
