Head Spa Technician

We're looking for a passionate, professional, and hard-working Head Spa Technician to join our growing team. This is a unique spa focused role where you'll provide relaxing, luxury head spa treatments while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Whether you're already experienced or looking to develop a new specialty, we provide in house training to help you succeed.

Job role:

  • Deliver luxury head spa treatments in a calm, professional environment.
  • Learn and perform specialist facial techniques and therapeutic scalp massage.
  • Carry out scalp analysis following our in house training.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer care.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment space at all times.
  • Manage client appointments
  • Assist with promotional activities and help attract new clients through our social media.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hard-working, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Professional with excellent customer service skills.
  • A passion for wellness. and helping clients relax.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A blow-dry qualification is desirable but not essential.
