Pro Skin Therapist - Cheadle

£24,749 plus commission

Are you passionate about skin health and ready to be part of something truly special? We are looking for skilled and passionate Pro Skin Therapists to join our clinic team.

SUMMARY

A Dermalogica Pro Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where results happen in our Pro Skin Clinic. Based on the clinic floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Report directly to the Pro Skin Clinic Manager.

· Maintain thorough understanding of all products, treatments and concepts offered by Dermalogica, with a particular focus on Microneedling, LED and Peels.

· Take your customer through a journey – this will include advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point. We want to wow our customers with a personalised experience and enable them to fall in love with their skin care journey.

· As well as performing our treatments, every service must be set up as a skin care programme comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals. You will create a partnership by sharing your treatment plan with your customer, educate and link recommended homecare throughout.

· As an Aesthetic Practitioner, proactively book clients onto a course of treatments, focusing on delivering advanced professional services including Microneedling, LED and Peels. You will confidently discuss and recommend treatment programmes, ensuring every client leaves with a clear plan for their skin health journey.

· Build and consistently grow your own loyal clientele through exceptional service, expert knowledge and follow-up, creating long-term relationships that drive both treatment and retail sales.

· Form a partnership with your customer. With your professional expertise and products combined with their homecare commitments, your customer should feel confident that they will achieve their healthiest skin ever.

· Support the team in Face Mapping℠, Skin Solver and skin bar procedures regularly. Face Mapping℠ gives the opportunity to truly understand the client’s needs and concerns, show your expertise, offer education, and ultimately help the customer to feel empowered to be an expert in their own skin.

· Take ownership of monthly targets set for the location, to include both individual and location targets, and keep abreast of daily goals and targets achieved.

· Maintain the Pro Skin Clinic’s high standards.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

  • You will already have the education that Dermalogica can then build on and develop further. This will be in the form of an equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical. This is an absolute ESSENTIAL, so that we can ensure that the standards of our Pro Skin Therapists and Aesthetic Practitioners are consistent.
  • Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, which must include Microneedling and Chemical Peels – the foundation of your Aesthetic Practitioner skill set. If you do not hold the Level 4 qualification, then Dermalogica will fund this as part of your development, as it will be a fundamental part of the role. This training is worth £3,200.
  • You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty or FMCG.
  • An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to really inspire and draw our customers to us.
  • Above all else, you will have a passion for skin health like no one has ever seen. You will use this passion to inspire others.
