About Us

  • Use strong product knowledge to advise customers on cuts, cooking methods and preparation
  • Support with sausage making, recipe ideas and new product development
  • Help utilise trim and offcuts creatively and commercially
  • Work as part of a close, energetic and professional team
  • Contribute ideas that keep the counter fresh, seasonal and exciting

  • At least 1 year of butchery experience
  • A genuine passion for meat and high-quality produce
  • Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly manner
  • The ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
  • Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • A willingness to learn, take direction and develop your skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Creativity and interest in new products, sausages, marinades and seasonal ideas

Benefits

  • Private healthcare scheme
