Role Overview

We are recruiting self‑employed mortgage advisers who are:

  • Newly CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Non‑CAS or early‑stage advisers
  • Looking to start part‑time or full‑time on a self‑employed basis
  • Motivated to build confidence, experience, and a long‑term career in mortgage advice

No prior advising experience required.

The Opportunity – Adviser Under an Established Brand

  • Operate as a self‑employed adviser under a well‑established 5‑star brokerage
  • Provided advice to 55,000 customers (and counting)
  • Focus on learning, advising, and developing file quality
  • Structured support while you work towards CAS
  • Clear long‑term pathway to increased autonomy and progression
