Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Litigation Paralegal to work closely with the Partner and support a busy boutique law firm.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing litigation matters from inception through to trial, ensuring files are maintained efficiently and deadlines are met. Responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and managing litigation files and case documentation.
  • Assisting with costs budgeting and costs management procedures.
  • Preparing, compiling, and maintaining trial bundles.
  • Conducting document reviews and disclosure exercises.
  • Managing document storage, organisation, and retrieval systems.
  • Assisting with court filings and procedural requirements.
  • Supporting case preparation and ongoing litigation strategy.
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the litigation team.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other stakeholders as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and previous experience within a litigation environment. Must have familiarity with EDRM and eDiscovery tools (specifically Relativity and/or Sightline).

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Partner and gain hands-on exposure to high-quality litigation matters.

Greek language proficiency is a bonus but not essential for the role.

Pay: £18.00-£35.00 per hour
