You'll have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences using a variety of methods, including virtual and face-to-face training, e-learning, videos and digital resources. Working closely with stakeholders across Hafod, you'll contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, professional development and digital confidence.

Because of this, you'll need to hold a full, valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle. If you use your own vehicle for work, you'll also need appropriate insurance for business use. We would still encourage you to apply if you do not meet the driving requirements and we are open to discussion around travel arrangements.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with business areas across Hafod to identify learning and development needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programmes using a blend of virtual, classroom and digital learning approaches.
  • Facilitate training events, workshops, team development activities and leadership programmes.
  • Support apprenticeships, work experience placements, volunteering initiatives and colleague development programmes.
  • Monitor learning compliance, maintain accurate training records and support the continuous improvement of learning activities .

  • Experience in designing and delivering both virtual and face-to-face learning and development activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong digital skills, including the use of Microsoft Teams and other learning technologies.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow..

Desirable

  • CIPD qualification or working towards one or relevant work experience
  • Level 4 Education and Training qualification.
