Multi-Skilled Handyman – PPM

London | £46,800 + Overtime | Permanent PAYE

CC Cousins is looking for a Multi-Skilled Handyman to join our PPM team, working across regular commercial sites throughout London.

We’re looking for someone practical and experienced who can turn their hand to a variety of general maintenance and building fabric works.

The role will include:

  • Changing locks, handles and ironmongery
  • Painting and decorating
  • Minor plumbing and toilet repairs
  • Carpentry and joinery repairs
  • Skirting, trims and architraves
  • Replacing floor tiles
  • General building fabric and maintenance repairs
  • Routine PPM and preventative maintenance works

You’ll need:

  • Previous commercial maintenance or handyman experience
  • Good multi-trade skills
  • A practical, can-do approach
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • Full UK manual driving licence

What we offer:
