As a Dental Plan Development Manager, you’ll be:

  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding all KPI’s and influencing Private Dental Plan and {My}Options growth in all practices. Developing ways of driving performance through leading, managing and growing through the operational and clinical teams

  • Support a variety of stakeholders in identifying opportunities to introduce private dental plans and {My}Optoions via conversion or introduction methods, always having a strategic view in mind.

  • Identify growth opportunities for the Company private strategy and local plans, backed up with a commercially viable business plan

  • Works closely with marketing to identify customer propositions, enabling delivery of the customer journey with the emphasis on service and choice
