Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations CQC Registered Manager to lead the operational excellence of a luxury cosmetic hospital. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, uphold rigorous compliance standards, and manage daily hospital operations with energy and precision. Your leadership will foster a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment where both patients and staff thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for a management professional passionate about aesthetic medicine and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning aligned with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and industry best practices
- Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences and maintain high staff engagement
- Ensure strict compliance with legal, health & safety, infection control, and clinical governance standards across all departments
- Manage patient pathways from consultation through treatment, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction at every stage
