Southern Regional Dental Manager

Location: Southern Region (East and London)

Contract: Full-Time Salary: Competitive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager - South to lead the operational, financial, and people performance of our dental practices across the southern region. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring our practices deliver outstanding patient care, strong business results, and full regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader, a confident communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and support to Practice Managers and practice teams across the region.
  • Drive operational excellence across all sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dental services.
  • Analyse performance data and implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Ensure all practices meet CQC and regulatory standards, supporting sites during audits and inspections.
  • Lead on people development, coaching managers to reach their full potential.
  • Oversee financial performance, supporting growth, cost control, and service optimisation.
  • Promote a positive team culture and exceptional patient experience across all locations.
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts to maintain fully resourced practices.
  • Travel will take place periodically (not weekly), or sooner if required by the business

About You

  • Proven experience in multi-site dental management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams.
  • Commercially astute with experience interpreting performance data and driving improvements.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (CQC desirable).
  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities.
