About CST Training

CST Training is a nationally recognised construction training provider delivering accredited training and testing across the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for experienced CPCS / NPORS Testers to join our team.

Categories Include

  • Slinger / Signaller
  • Crane Supervisor
  • Appointed Person (AP)
  • Dumper
  • Excavator
  • Roller
  • Tower Crane
  • Telehandler
  • And additional plant categories

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct CPCS and/or NPORS practical and theory tests
  • Ensure all tests are carried out in line with awarding body requirements
  • Maintain accurate testing records and paperwork
  • Ensure safe operation of plant and site activities during testing
  • Provide professional and fair assessments for all candidates
  • Liaise with operations teams regarding scheduling and candidate progress

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS and/or NPORS Tester qualification(s)
  • Industry experience within relevant plant categories
  • Strong understanding of current health and safety standards
  • Organised and professional approach to testing and administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
