Creams Café, the UK’s leading Italian Gelato Dessert Restaurant group, is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Team Members to join our vibrant Brighton location. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service and enjoys our delicious range of desserts – from handcrafted waffles and crepes to indulgent sundaes, milkshakes, coffee, cakes, and our signature gelato.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
  • Demonstrate initiative and remain composed under pressure
  • Multitask effectively and contribute as a reliable team player
  • Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs with professionalism
  • Uphold high hygiene and food safety standards
  • Prepare and serve desserts and beverages in line with recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols (comprehensive training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late evenings
  • Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
  • An outgoing personality and a passion for guest-facing roles
