We're now looking for a Data Analyst to join for a 15 month maternity cover contract. We will consider full and part-time hours.

The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will turn healthcare and product data into clear, useful insights that support customers and teams across First Databank.

Using SQL and other analysis tools, you will investigate data and answer customer, product and business questions, creating reports, dashboards and data views that highlight performance, progress and opportunities for improvement.

You will work with colleagues and customers to understand reporting needs and deliver practical, accurate outputs, investigating anomalies and potential data-quality issues while communicating findings clearly to different audiences.

Additionally, you will:

- Support reporting for medicine optimisation and incentive-scheme activity
- Document analytical assumptions and limitations clearly
- Provide analytical support across our Product, Commercial, Marketing, Content and Account Management functions
- Identify opportunities to improve reports, dashboards and analytical processes

About You

To be considered as a Data Analyst, you will need:

- Experience of analysing data in a work, study or project setting
- Practical SQL experience, or a strong willingness and ability to develop SQL skills quickly
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- The ability to explain data and analytical findings clearly in conversations, written reports or presentations
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach
- Curiosity about how data, technology and healthcare services can be used to improve outcomes
