We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our friendly marketing team.

We provide marketing services to clients across the construction, engineering, manufacturing, training and e-commerce sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing activities while developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and developing social media accounts.
  • Creating engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer lists.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and analysing results.
  • Writing blogs, articles and press releases.
  • Contributing creative ideas and marketing strategies.
  • Supporting website and mobile application development.
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Working closely with the team to deliver effective campaigns for clients.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about marketing and keen to learn.
  • Creative, with a good eye for design and content.
  • Confident with written and verbal communication.
  • Organised and attentive to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Interested in social media, digital marketing and technology.
  • Ideally has a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.

No extensive marketing experience is required - enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn are what we're looking for.

This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience across multiple areas of marketing while working with a variety of real-world clients.
