Digital Print Production Specialist

Salary £35-38.5k + bonus depending on experience + Overtime | Senior Operators (5yrs plus experience) salary negotiable.

Join First Colour Limited, Central London’s leading on demand and award-winning 24-hour digital and large format print businesses. Established in 1995 and based just off Oxford Street, we’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for experienced Digital Print Production Specialists.

Available Shift Patterns:

Tuesday to Friday: 8am – 5pm

Saturday : 10am – 4pm

Role Overview:

· Oversee jobs from estimate through to delivery operating within very tight deadlines.

· Operate high-spec digital printers and Xerox Fiery RIPs.

· Perform finishing tasks using wiro binding, laminating, folding, and commercial guillotine equipment.

· Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

· Contribute to imposition, bleed, crops, step & repeat, and minor artwork adjustments.

What You’ll Bring:

· At least 2 years of digital/commercial print shop experience

· Knowledge of digital printing and document finishing.

· Mac IT skills and confident user of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Outlook.

· Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

· A flexible, team-first attitude, with readiness to support others and work overtime when needed.
