* Develop patterns for bespoke and made-to-measure

* Work confidently across a range of luxury fabrics including silks, lace, and structured satins

* Collaborate with fittings to refine and perfect garment fit

* Amend and adapt patterns efficiently to meet client and production timelines

* Maintain organised and accurate pattern records (both digital and manual)

Skills & Experience Required

* Significant experience as a pattern cutter within bridal and/or luxury eveningwear

* Strong expertise in both Gerber and manual pattern cutting

* Proven ability to work on bespoke and made-to-measure garments

* Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, and couture techniques

* Highly efficient with the ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality

* A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship

* Comfortable working collaboratively within a close-knit atelier environment

The Person

You are highly experienced, calm under pressure, and take pride in precision and finish. You understand the nuances of luxury bridalwear and bring both technical skill and creative intuition to your work.

Location & Hours

* Based in our Harrow on the Hill atelier, London

* Full Time / Part-time (days and structure to be agreed)
