Responsibilities

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, social services, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive support efforts
- Offer guidance on navigating medical terminology and healthcare systems to ensure clients access appropriate medical and mental health services
- Conduct outreach programs to educate the community about criminal justice processes and available resources
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress reports, and case documentation in compliance with organizational policies
