Location: Central Bath
Pay: £14.25 per hour
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, 4 days per week
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Are you a Psychology or Criminology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience before a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work or Youth Justice?
This is an excellent graduate opportunity to support young people with autism, learning disabilities and additional needs within a specialist college in central Bath. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you'll gain practical experience while making a real difference every day.
About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant / Therapeutic Support Assistant, you'll support young people in the classroom and around the college, helping them to engage with learning, develop independence and build confidence.
You'll use calm, consistent and person-centred approaches to help students regulate emotions, develop communication skills and achieve their individual goals.
