Main Description:

Established in 2014, N V L T Y is a growing online based fashion brand with a growing social following of over 250,000 across social media platforms.

We’re an ambitious London based brand built from the ground up with a clear vision. What started as an idea has grown into a brand driven by creativity, authenticity, and a ethos based on providing premium, yet value driven pieces.

Our focus is simple; deliver high quality pieces that combine streetwear style with everyday wearability, while staying true to the community that helped build us.

As we continue to grow, we’re constantly on the lookout for people who share that same drive. People who think differently, bring new ideas, and take pride in what they do. If this sounds like you and you’ve got what it takes to help push us to the next level, this could be the place for you

We’ve built this brand from the ground up, and the journey is only just getting started. As we grow, you’ll grow with us.

Main Purpose of the Role:

N V L T Y is seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Senior CRM & Email Marketing Executive; specialising in Klaviyo to support and strengthen our digital marketing offering through the creation and execution of innovative, data driven email marketing campaigns.

This role will play a key part in shaping the future direction of our customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategy, ensuring every email campaign aligns with our brand identity, customer expectations, and commercial objectives across launches, product drops, promotions, and brand storytelling.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to take ownership of our Klaviyo email & SMS programme from planning and segmentation through to campaign execution and performance analysis. Alongside this, you will own and develop our customer loyalty programme, managing the rewards and referral scheme end to end, defining earning and redemption rules, building VIP tiers, and integrating loyalty touchpoints into our wider lifecycle and retention strategy to drive repeat purchase and long term customer value. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, taking the lead on campaign planning and tactical decisions, while combining strong technical knowledge of Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing with a commercial mindset to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, repeat purchase, and revenue growth.

Person Specification

  • · Minimum 2 years of experience in an email marketing or CRM role, ideally within e-commerce or fashion
  • Strong experience using Klaviyo, including campaign builds, flows, and segmentation
  • Experience managing or supporting a customer loyalty, rewards, or referral programme (for example Smile.io, LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, or similar), ideally integrated with Shopify
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Driven work ethic with the ability to take ownership of your role and work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and planning skills

Applicants may be asked to complete a short CRM strategy task or campaign exercise as part of the interview process.
