As our new Sales Specialist, you will be engaging with our customers on a daily basis, responsible for making their wildest holiday dreams come true. Whether they’re looking for an all-inclusive family getaway, a swift city break, a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list destination or a cruise around the Med, you will plan their trip from start to finish, tailoring a trip that exceeds their requirements.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance within a retail travel environment. You’ll work closely with customers to create memorable travel experiences while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about travel, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service

  • Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and provide tailored recommendations
  • Convert enquiries into bookings while maximising all sales opportunities
  • Deliver outstanding service from initial enquiry through to post-travel follow-up
  • Promote additional products such as travel insurance, excursions, and foreign exchange
  • Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and current offers

Performance & Targets

  • Work towards achieving individual sales targets
  • Contribute to overall branch performance and team success
  • Take a proactive approach to improving personal results

Marketing & Business Development

  • Support local marketing activity and promotions
  • Contribute to social media content and customer engagement
  • Represent the business at local events and networking opportunities

Operational Responsibilities

  • Accurately process bookings, payments, and documentation
  • Follow company policies and compliance requirements
  • Support the day-to-day running of the branch

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Passion for travel and destination knowledge
  • Confident using digital systems and social media
  • Well organised, proactive, and a strong team player
