What’s the role?
We're looking for a dedicated Night Team Leader to support our operations at our brand-new Bill's Restaurant in Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the night shift, ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for the day ahead while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, organisation and food preparation.

Working predominantly between 8pm and 5am (with some flexibility required), you'll lead a small team through overnight operations, coordinating deliveries, overseeing food preparation tasks, maintaining stock control standards and ensuring all back-of-house areas are organised and service-ready. You'll act as the key link between the evening and morning teams, delivering clear handovers and ensuring a seamless transition into breakfast service.

Leading by example, you'll motivate and support your team throughout the shift, creating a positive and productive working environment where standards are consistently met and everyone feels engaged and valued. Main Duties

• Lead, motivate and coordinate the Night Team to ensure all overnight tasks are completed efficiently.
• Oversee the receipt, checking and safe storage of deliveries.
• Manage overnight food preparation and operational tasks to specification.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor stock organisation, storage and rotation procedures.
• Conduct shift briefings and provide clear handovers to the morning management and operational teams.
• Support training and development of Night Team Members.
• Maintain a clean, organised and service-ready back-of-house environment.
• Address operational issues proactively and escalate concerns where required.

The Right Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality, catering, retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and support a team.
• Experience working with stock deliveries, food preparation and operational processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of food safety and health & safety requirements.
• The ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence during overnight shifts.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.

Security Pass RequirementsAs this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass.
