-
Partner with Investment Banking business stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, agenda structure, messaging, client experience, and success measures.

-
Ensure adherence to firm policies, controls, procurement requirements, brand standards, data handling expectations, and relevant industry regulations.
-

-

-
Experience in a global financial services, professional services, corporate, or high-touch client service environment.
-

-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, succinct, and senior-ready messages.
-

-
Comfortable using event technology, registration platforms, workflow systems, budget tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
-

-
Highly motivated, flexible, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
-
Experience delivering Investment Banking, senior client, board-level, leadership, or thought-leadership events.
-
Understanding of Investment Banking products, sector coverage, corporate client engagement, and the EMEA business environment.
-
Proven ability to deliver against agreed objectives, manage senior expectations, and evaluate outcomes effectively.
-
Strong commercial awareness, supplier management capability, and budget discipline.
-
