We're looking for a practical, hardworking Brewery Assistant / Drayman to join our growing independent brewery.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across both the brewery and our delivery operation. No two days are the same, and you'll become an important part of a small, friendly team producing and delivering award-winning craft beer.

  • Cleaning and sanitising brewing vessels and equipment
  • Kegging, casking and canning beer

  • Delivering beer to pubs and customers
  • Loading and unloading kegs, casks and raw materials
  • General brewery and warehouse duties

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is physically fit and enjoys practical work
  • Has an interest in beer and brewing
  • Is reliable, organised and willing to learn
  • Works well as part of a small team
  • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous brewery or drinks production experience
  • Experience driving a forklift (or a current forklift licence)
  • Experience making local deliveries
  • Full UK driving licence

Previous brewery experience is an advantage but is not essential. We're happy to train the right person if they have the right attitude and are keen to learn.
