Full job description

EMA in Dorset continues to grow and we’re looking for a proactive and organised Curriculum Lead to join our Education team and help us deliver outstanding learning experiences across EMA.

You’ll work closely with the Curriculum Manager to support quality assurance, maintain compliance, and help drive continuous improvement across our multiple sites. You’ll play a key part in monitoring standards, supporting staff, and ensuring our learners receive the highest quality, learner-centred education.

This is a hands-on role which includes responsibilities from coordinating quality processes and preparing for inspections, to supporting teaching and working directly with learners with complex needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to coach and support staff, contribute to curriculum development, and help shape a positive and consistent learning experience across all our settings.

Remuneration & Rewards Package.

  • £33,250.00/annum (£35,000.00 FTE)
  • 5 days/week - Mon – Fri.
  • 3 days/week based at Gillingham & 2 days/week based at Moreton
  • Term Time Plus Contract (TT+) – 43 working weeks + 6.4 weeks of Paid Leave – remaining 2.6 weeks Unpaid Leave
  • 32 days annual holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) – pro-rata for part-time staff

Pay: £33,250.00 per year
