Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanour. A minimum of 2 years restaurant or hospitality experience is essential, full training will be provided.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their visit
  • Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and health regulations at all times
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
  • Manage guest enquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues with courtesy and tact
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and manage basic maths calculations for bills and change
  • Support team members in maintaining a smooth flow of service during peak hours

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or restaurant service is essential
  • You MUST be fully flexible and available weekends and evenings to be suitable for this role
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
  • Experience in serving or guest services roles demonstrates strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary environments can be beneficial
