Start Date: Monday 21st September 2026

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 8NT

Salary Range: £26,691 - £30,000 (On-target earnings inclusive of Performance Bonus)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days at home)

Hours: 40 hours (per week)

Shifts: Weekly rotating pattern within Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and approximately one in 5 Saturdays (8:30 AM –5:00 PM)

On-site paid Training and IT equipment provided.

Please note: No annual leave will be permitted during the training and onboarding period.

Training & Onboarding: Candidates must be available to attend all training and onboarding sessions from Monday, 21 September to Friday 7th November 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers of a globally recognised automotive brand. You’ll be the trusted point of contact, listening, problem-solving, and building genuine customer loyalty through every interaction. You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, acting as the Single Point of Contact for enquiries, product and technical questions, and after-sales support. A high standard of written communication is required.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences with ownership and empathy
  • Provide product and service support with confidence
  • Guide conversations professionally using active listening
  • Work with Sales, Technical, Warranty, Dealers & other teams to fully resolve issues
  • Manage calls, emails & chats with strong follow-up
  • Use CRM, knowledge base, and all available tools to resolve customer concerns
  • Use customer satisfaction tools when needed (e.g., financial assistance, service plans

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Customer Service or Contact Centre background
  • Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail & grammar
  • Confident, professional, calm under pressure
  • Skilled at listening, resolving conflict & influencing others
  • Comfortable using multiple systems/screens and MS Office
  • Professional conduct with all customers & stakeholders

Technical requirements

Thank you for your interest in our Meet & Greet Hiring Event for the Customer Experience Specialist (Automotive) role at Percepta.

  • Job Start Date: September 21, 2026
  • Operation hours: Monday to Friday core hours on a rolling rota between the business hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm. Ranging from 8-4, 9-5, 9:30-5:30, 10-6:00 1 in 5 Saturdays per year - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
  • Weeks of Onsite Training: 7 weeks in total - Onsite training for the first 5 weeks then the final 2 weeks will be hybrid working.
  • Starting salary: £26,691 plus + performance bonus On-target earnings: Up to £30,000
  • Training/Work Location: Royal Oak Way, South Royal Oak Industrial Estate, Daventry Northamptonshire NN11 8NT
