SERVICE ADVISOR - YEOMANS NISSAN BASINGSTOKE
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team at Yeomans Nissan Basingstoke.
At Yeomans, we take great pride in our excellent customer service, working hard to ensure our customers are extremely satisfied with their experience. We always aim to meet or exceed our customers expectations by understanding exactly what they need and suggesting the most appropriate solution. If you enjoy engaging with customers in a helpful, friendly and positive manner, and have previous experience in a similar role, this could be the perfect position for you!
This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy are essential.
Key responsibilities Include:
Making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention
Converting these contacts into workshop bookings
Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable
Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.
