Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and website
  • Speak with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and services
  • Assist customers using brochures, product samples and showroom displays
  • Encourage and organise showroom visits
  • Prepare quotations and assist with customer follow-ups
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their project
  • Update and manage customer information within the company CRM system
  • Work closely with office, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth project coordination
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Assist with general office administration and customer support duties
  • Build positive long-term relationships with customers and represent the company professionally
