**Customer Service Representative**

**Duties:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email

- Assist customers with enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Process orders accurately and efficiently

- Utilise data entry skills to update customer information in the system

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Analise customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Communicate effectively

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

- Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills

**Skills:**
