Customer Sales Advisor Registrations

Salary
: £25,506 per year plus average additional earnings of £7,024 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern
Location: Hybrid from our Nottingham office.

Start: Monday, 7th of September 2026

For consecutive years we have been recognised as a “Great place to Work”.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people? If you're motivated by a supportive but target-based environment, you'll fit right in as a Customer Sales Advisor in the Registrations department.

We set the bar high - our agents are the best of the best. The role is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where resilience, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset are key to success.

So, who are you?

Self-Driven - You are motivated by a sales environment, where achieving the right customer sales outcomes is key and in line with FCA requirements.

Empathetic and an active listener – Understanding customer’s needs is crucial for recommending suitable products and building trust.

Resilient and adaptable – Sales can be high-pressure, and regulations evolve. You might face rejection or regulatory changes. Instead of getting discouraged, you stay calm, adjust your approach, stay positive and keep learning, in a fast-paced environment.

Curious and growth mindset – A willingness to learn about new products, compliance updates and client perspectives, helps to ensure you consistently provide the right customer outcomes.

Clear communicator – Explaining products transparently and avoiding jargon or misleading language, is a regulatory must.

Independent - You are the right combination of ambitious and innovative, whilst able to work autonomously in a home-based position.

How will you contribute?

As a registration's advisor, you'll speak to customers who have recently purchased appliances and are looking to register their manufacturer warranty. Through engaging, positive conversations, you’ll help customers register their appliances while exploring ways to enhance their protection and overall experience.

If you enjoy working towards goals, having meaningful conversations, and making every interaction count, this could be a great fit for you.

Shift Pattern:

Your shift patterns will rotate on a 6 week rota between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday-Sunday).

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week and you will have two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch, allowing you to recharge and maintain your focus.

We’ll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access.

Training and onboarding:

To help you get the very best start with us, your first six weeks are carefully structured to support your learning and confidence.

The first 4 weeks will focus on immersive training, after which you’ll transition into Gradbay, where you’ll continue developing your skills with ongoing support from your team and leaders.

To fully benefit from the training programme, attendance at our Nottingham office is required on the following dates:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (7th – 10th of September)

  • Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday (16th-17th of September)

  • Week 3: Monday and Tuesday (20th-21st of September)

  • Week 4:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (28th September – 1st of October)

Spending this time in the office allows you to build strong relationships early, gain real-time feedback, and learn alongside your peers — helping you build confidence faster and set you up for long-term success.

Following training, during Gradbay you will work from the office 1-2 days a week with the remainder of the week spent working from home as part of our hybrid approach. These in-office days are designed to keep you connected, supported and continuously developing as part of your team.
