Full job description

Hook
Tired of being the person who just “implements and disappears”? This is your chance to actually own the outcome — to see your work transform how businesses run, not just tick another project off the list.

Stack
We’re a growing ERP software company working with ambitious UK businesses that are ready to level up how they operate. But here’s the thing — software alone doesn’t change a company. People do. That’s where you come in.

You’ll be the trusted expert on the ground: guiding customers through implementation, training their teams, solving real operational challenges, and sticking around long enough to see the impact land. It’s hands-on, people-first consulting — not just configuration behind a screen. Expect variety, autonomy, and plenty of travel across the UK (yes, including overnight stays — this isn’t a desk job).

Payoff
As a Senior ERP Software Consultant, your success is simple: customers who actually use the system, see measurable improvements, and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, giving you real visibility and influence. You won’t be buried in layers of process — you’ll help shape how projects are delivered and how customers succeed.

We’re looking for someone who knows ERP inside out — someone who’s spent at least 5 years implementing or advising on ERP systems and can walk into a business, quickly understand their workflows, and translate that into a solution that works. You’ll need solid SQL and technical skills to get under the hood when needed, but just as importantly, you’ll be confident training users, challenging assumptions, and building trust.

What makes this role special? You’re not just delivering software — you’re helping businesses run better, smarter, and more confidently every day.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience implementing or advising on ERP systems
  • Strong SQL / technical capability
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer outcomes
  • Confidence training and working closely with non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and stay away from home regularly

Perks & Benefits

  • Real autonomy and direct access to leadership (no corporate layers)
  • Varied, meaningful work with different industries and challenges
  • High trust environment — you’re hired for your expertise, not micromanaged
  • Travel-based role with flexibility when you’re not on-site
  • The chance to shape how customer success is delivered in a growing company

Package

  • £60,000 – £70,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Car allowance
  • Private healthcare
  • Enhanced pension
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Salary sacrifice childcare scheme
  • High autonomy with direct access to leadership

Invite
If you’re ready to step into a role where your work actually sticks — where clients remember your name because you changed how they operate — we should talk.
