Job Summary
Adam Alexander is a boutique salon renowned for natural, exquisite colour and effortlessly beautiful hair. Located just steps from Tooting Bec Station, we’re a creative, welcoming space where artistry meets precision. We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Stylist to join our incredible team of individual artists. If you're passionate about hair, thrive on delivering exceptional service, and want to grow your career in a high-end yet down-to-earth environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling, always tailored to the individual client.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and offer professional, personalised advice.
  • Maintain a clean, professional workspace and uphold salon hygiene and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the smooth daily running of the salon, including assisting with bookings and client care.
  • Recommend and upsell haircare products to support our clients’ home routines.
  • Support and mentor junior stylists as needed, contributing to a collaborative, positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • A creative and confident Stylist with a strong portfolio and proven salon experience.
  • Passion for colour and cutting, with a focus on natural, lived-in looks.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Bonus if you have experience with front-of-house or mentoring, but not essential.
