Our company is well established as one of the leading retailers of DJ & Music Production equipment in the UK. We were founded in 2008 as an online seller. We launched our first physical store a little over 6 years ago and since then have grown rapidly. Now with 3 stores in cities with vibrant electronic music scenes – Leeds, Bristol and Manchester, in addition to a strong online presence across many channels. It is an exhilarating time for current and future employees to be part of our exciting evolution.

To provide strong operational support to the Operations Manager as we continue to expand and become the number one DJ and Music production retailer in the UK. This is an active and varied role that will include both physical and administrative responsibilities as follows:


· Picking and Packing customer orders to a high standard.

· Preparing daily batches of stock to send to our retail stores.

· Inventory management and organisation of stock within the warehouse.

· Completing a monthly cycle of stock taking accurately.

· Processing customer returns, to include liaising with suppliers to resolve and troubleshoot customer issues.

· Booking in deliveries and dealing with all delivery personnel politely and professionally.

· Testing equipment that has been returned and preparing for resale.


Commitment, drive and self-motivation.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
Working knowledge and understanding of music equipment retail is desirable.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to use own initiative.
High attention to detail.
Maintains brand consistency and integrity always putting our customers first.
Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Prior use of Sage software would be desirable.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 10.00AM-6.00PM - Very occasional weekend work may be required 5 or 6 times per year at peak times.
