Join Our Team as a Support Worker – Make a Difference While Having Fun!
Are you ready for an exciting new role that includes engaging in fun activities including weekends away to Butlins and Centre Parcs?
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to support a male client who lives independently in his own home. Our client is adventurous and enjoys activities such as rock climbing, swimming, bowling, DJ lessons, attending Concerts and going to the gym.
This role also includes accompanying him on holidays and short breaks, making it perfect for someone who is ACTIVE, ENGAGING, and ready for an ADVENTURE!

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting our client in achieving personal goals and participating in activities he enjoys.
- Encouraging and enabling independence while fostering a positive and enriching lifestyle.
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and administering prescribed medications.
Essential Requirements:
- A UK driving license is mandatory, as our client needs a Support Worker who can drive.
- Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness are critical for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the client, their family, and other professionals involved in their care.
You will be providing support to our client on a regular basis on a one-to-one basis.
Working Hours:
Support is required Monday to Sunday, with the following shifts:
- 8am-4pm
- 4pm-10pm- sleep shift 10pm-7am- 7am-8am (awake support)
This position involves working on a two rolling rota which includes working alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
