We’re looking for a talented middleweight Designer with experience in web design to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to be hands-on in their approach, coupled with plenty of initiative and a passion for crafting visually compelling and meaningful communications that address both user needs and business objectives. You should thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and creative flair.

Skills & Requirements
- At least two years experience working in an agile agency environment.
- Passionate about producing throught provoking ideas with a love for branding.
- Ability to work across both digital and print platforms from concept to completion.
- Strong portfolio featuring (re)branding work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, with video editing a bonus.
- Skilled on producing pixel-perfect, responsive digital designs.
- Solid understanding of typography and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experienced in client liaison and presentations.
- A desire to exceed the client's expectations.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines.
- Working both individually on projects, or as part of a team.
- Eager for more responsibility and comfortable to take the lead on projects.
- Managing your time, workload, and backing-up effectively.
- Ensuring effective client communication at all times.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, tools and trends.
