Full job description

We require a complex care nurse lead for 20-24 hours per week to be available to work a variety of shifts for a client with 24/7 care.

Come join our dedicated team, providing 24-hour support to a 25-year-old male client who is based in a village between kings Lynn and Wisbech.

Our client has cerebral palsy, severe and complex epilepsy, PEG fed and has a learning disability, and he receives 2-1 care.

He is a very sociable young man who loves people and having fun despite his health challenges and limited communication. Our client loves to be out and about with his tea in the community attending festivals, loving music, and holidays.

We are looking for a nurse lead for his health care working in partnership with the case manager and care team to provide outstanding care and support to the client.

Your role will be to manage the nursing interventions, supervise and observe the delegation to the clients care and support team.

Ideally you are flexible and able to cover days or occasional nights working in a rota in order to supervise staff.

Working hours:

20-24 hours per week

Variety of shifts available

Rates of pay:

Weekday Daytime: £33.00 per hour

Weekday Night: £33.00 per hour

Weekend Daytime: £35.00 per hour

Weekend Night: £35.00 per hour

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring.

Full training will be provided.

A full driving licence is essential.
