Traffic Marshall x 3 Required – New Construction Project – Brighton (BN2)

Location: Brighton, BN2
Start Date: Mid-August / Early September
Duration: Long-term opportunity – Approximately 5 years
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Position Type: Direct Employment (Not an Agency Role)

We are looking to recruit 3 experienced Traffic Marshalls to join a major new construction project in the Brighton BN2 area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a high-profile development with a stable workload for approximately five years.

Job Description

As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a key role in maintaining the safe movement of vehicles, plant, and pedestrians across the construction site. You will work closely with site management, delivery drivers, and subcontractors to ensure all site traffic is managed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshal vehicles entering and leaving the construction site.
• Direct delivery vehicles and plant operators in accordance with site procedures.
• Ensure the safety of pedestrians and site personnel at all times.
• Maintain clear access and egress routes for deliveries and emergency vehicles.
• Carry out daily traffic management and safety checks.
• Communicate effectively with site management, drivers, and operatives.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe practices immediately.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall Card and a valid Medical, OR
• Valid NPORS Traffic Marshall Card (with CSCS logo) and a valid Medical
• Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites.
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Cando attitude
• Great Customer Service - Dealing with Public - Representing the Brand.
