We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Damp Surveyor in Manchester to join our team and deliver top-quality surveys for our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed damp surveys on residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation, and other moisture-related issues.
• Use equipment such as thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to assess damp problems.
• Provide clear, comprehensive reports within 48 hours of the survey, outlining findings and suggested solutions.
• Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on how to address and resolve their damp issues.
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a damp surveyor, ideally with expertise in damp proofing and moisture control.
• Strong knowledge of damp-related issues such as rising damp, penetrating damp, and condensation.
• Proficiency with tools such as moisture meters and thermal imaging equipment.
• Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively advise clients on solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Relevant qualifications in surveying or damp proofing (preferred but not essential).

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £210.00-£280.00 per day
