Multi-Skilled / General Builder – Nordic Damp Proofing

We are a well-established damp proofing company and are looking for a highly capable multi-skilled / general builder to join our team.

This role is not suitable for someone with experience in just one trade. A strong, well-rounded skillset is essential, as the work involves a wide range of remedial and finishing tasks following damp proofing treatments.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of plastering (this is a key part of the role)
• General roofing knowledge
• Basic to competent electrics and plumbing
• Ability to fit extractor fans
• Experience with exterior rendering
• Any experience in damp proofing is highly desirable (training can be provided if needed)

• Comfortable working on a variety of domestic properties

About the Role:

You will be working on properties requiring damp proofing and associated remedial works, so attention to detail and confidence across multiple trades is absolutely vital. We are looking for someone who knows their craft and can be trusted to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Pay:

Good money paid for someone who meets all of the above criteria. Rates will reflect experience and ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £250.00 per day
