Sales Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour + performance-related bonus

Pattern IQ is a growing damp proofing and property preservation company serving Derbyshire and surrounding areas.

The Role
We're looking for a confident, organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, book appointments and convert quotations into confirmed work.
You'll work directly with the company director, who carries out property surveys and prepares technical reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and manage leads through Checkatrade, MyBuilder and other platforms.
- Answer incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries.
- Contact prospective customers and book property surveys.
- Prepare and send quotations and invoices using Xero.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
- Arrange customer payments and confirm bookings.
- Manage Google Calendar, customer records and sales tracking.
- Identify opportunities to generate more enquiries and improve sales.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience and confidence selling over the telephone.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Gmail, Docs and Calendar.
- Experience with Xero or similar invoicing software.
- Organised, reliable and capable of working independently.
- A proactive approach to generating and converting sales.
- Experience in damp proofing, property preservation, construction or other building trades is advantageous.
