We’re looking for confident, driven individuals to join our growing team and turn warm, qualified, confirmed appointments into successful sales—all in one visit.

NO COLD CALLING!NO DOOR KNOCKING!

All appointments are prearranged and provided by the company, so you can focus on what you do best: meeting customers and making SALES!

You’ll be visiting homeowners across the Lancashire and surrounding areas depending on where you live (we aim to keep everyone within 1 hour of where they live), presenting and selling high-quality insulation and damp-proofing solutions.

Most appointments take place during the daytime, offering a great opportunity to earn strong weekly earnings while working with warm, qualified leads.

Previous direct sales experience is ESSENTIAL

You MUST have experience selling directly within customers’ homes.

Experience in the home improvements industry would be preferred, but it is not essential. What’s most important is that you have a proven background in face-to-face direct sales and experience closing sales in customers’ homes.

The successful candidates will receive two weeks of PAID training upon starting:

Training – Week 1: A mixture of product/sales training at our headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent. Shadowing one of our senior surveyors on their daily appointments and learning how to carry out our in-house customer surveys and quotations(Hotel accommodation for an overnight stay is available for those with significant travel.)

What you’ll need:

• A full UK driver's license
• A reliable car
• A mobile phone
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confidence, enthusiasm and a real hunger to succeed
