Environ Property Services is a leading specialist in Damp, Roofing, Drainage, Restoration, and Pest Control. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-established, family-run company in the heart of Fulham. Our dedicated and dynamic team is made up of hard-working individuals and team players who are trying to be best versions of themselves every day.
Due to high demand, we are looking for a Damp Engineer / Damp Proofing Specialist to join our busy Damp Team.
Experience required:
- At least 1 year’s damp proofing experience.
- Demonstrate a good and sound knowledge of how damp proofing systems work.
- Know how to apply rendered type A systems in basements/homes/commercial buildings.
- Asbestos awareness certificate and working in confined spaces (this can be arranged in house for the right candidate).
- Own tools and PPE.
- Driver’s licence - You will be given a company vehicle & fuel card to use during work hours.
Qualities you need to have:
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Polite and courteous manners.
- Motivated and be professionally driven.
- Able to prioritise, plan and organise in order to meet the deadline and communicate this with office staff and surveyors.
- Helpful to other trades on site.
- Eager and willing to learn.

Benefits and Pay
- Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- The pay for this position is up to £200 per day (depending on experience).
