Responsibilities

• Conduct damp surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
• Prepare detailed reports based on survey data.
• Analyse survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted and data collected.
• Provide expert advice on projects and industry regulations.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret structures .
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as damp meters.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings clearly.
• Familiarity with relevant software for drafting plans and analysing survey data.
