We are a leading damp proofing and rendering company with a reputation for delivering exceptional results to both residential and commercial clients. With a strong focus on quality, customer service, and innovative solutions, we are looking for a Technical & Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth running of our projects and day-to-day operations.

The Role:
As the Technical & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services, providing technical expertise, and managing the daily operations of the business. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong technical knowledge of damp proofing and rendering, and outstanding communication abilities to coordinate with clients, technicians, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Handle technical queries related to surveys, treatments, and installations, providing clear and informed guidance to clients and technicians.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with clients and technicians to ensure the smooth running of all projects and contracts, from initiation to completion.
  • Installation Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and logistics of installations to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Complaints Handling: Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Support the general internal running of the business, including staff management, process improvement, and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust in the company’s services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical or operational role within the damp proofing, rendering, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of damp proofing and rendering techniques, products, and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex situations.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using standard office software and scheduling tools.
