Environ Property Services is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full time Damp Engineer / Damp Proofing Specialist to join our busy Damp Team!

Environ Property Services is a leading specialist in Damp, Roofing, Drainage, Restoration, and Pest Control. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-established, family-run company in the heart of Fulham. Our dedicated and dynamic team is made up of hard-working individuals and team players who are trying to be best versions of themselves every day.

Due to high demand, we are looking for a Damp Engineer / Damp Proofing Specialist to join our busy Damp Team.

Experience required:

  • At least 1 year’s damp proofing experience.
  • Demonstrate a good and sound knowledge of how damp proofing systems work.
  • Know how to apply rendered type A systems in basements/homes/commercial buildings.
  • Asbestos awareness certificate and working in confined spaces (this can be arranged in house for the right candidate).
  • Own tools and PPE.
  • Driver’s licence - You will be given a company vehicle & fuel card to use during work hours.

Qualities you need to have:

  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Polite and courteous manners.
  • Motivated and be professionally driven.
  • Able to prioritise, plan and organise in order to meet the deadline and communicate this with office staff and surveyors.
  • Helpful to other trades on site.
  • Eager and willing to learn.

Benefits and Pay

  • Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
  • The pay for this position is up to £200 per day (depending on experience).
  • Further earning potential with commission.
