We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to helping homeowners improve the energy efficiency and comfort of their homes.

About the Role

This is an uncapped commission structure, paid Monthly, which is very lucrative for a determined and results driven individual.

We are seeking a dynamic, versatile, highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for Finding new leads as well as attending pre-arranged appointments with homeowners interested in learning more about our spray foam removal and loft insulation services, with more service offerings being added to out portfolio such as roof & wall cleaning & coatings, sound proofing, and damp proofing in the very near future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Close New Lead Opportunities: Generating your own business is a key part of this role, as we are looking for a dynamic and versatile sales person who can target both domestic home, as well as park homes effected with spray foam insulation.
  • Attend Pre-Booked Appointments: Punctually attend pre-arranged appointments with homeowners in their homes.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations: Professionally present and demonstrate the benefits of our services, highlighting energy savings, comfort improvements, and return on investment.
  • Address Customer Questions: Answer customer questions and concerns regarding the products and services.
  • Close Sales: Effectively close sales and secure customer orders.
  • Build Relationships: Build rapport and trust with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency.
