Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering, rendering, and damp proofing, and must have their own van and tools. This role involves working on a range of residential projects, with responsibilities spanning plastering, minor joinery, and basic plumbing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job sites for plastering and damp proofing works
  • Install Damp Proof Courses (DPC) and apply Damp Proof Membranes (DPM)
  • Plaster walls to a high standard
  • Build stud wall frames as required
  • Perform basic joinery tasks such as fitting skirting boards and joists
  • Disconnect and reconnect radiators
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong skills in plastering, dot and dab, drylining, and rendering
  • Experience with damp proofing systems
  • Basic joinery and plumbing skills required
  • Advanced joinery skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, professional job site

Requirements:

  • Must have a van and own tools
  • Previous experience in residential building projects
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
