Compensation: Project-Based – Rates agreed per job (materials & labour included)

About Us

Fez Damp Solutions is a specialist damp proofing contractor delivering professional, high-standard work across the Southwest. We're expanding and looking for skilled sole traders or small teams to subcontract to on a consistent basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

We regularly sub out well-scoped internal damp proofing and remedial works, including:

• Rising damp treatment (DPC injection & membranes)
• Replastering to finish
• Cellar/basement tanking
• Minor external works (e.g., chimney repointing)

Each job includes a detailed scope, prompt payment, and support from our project manager.

Requirements

• Experience in damp proofing (min. 2 years preferred)
• Own tools and transport
• Able to supply materials
• Tidy, reliable, and respectful of residential homes

Pay: £30,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
