We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to residential and commercial clients. As a leader in the damp proofing industry, we are expanding our team to meet increasing demand and maintain our high standards of workmanship.

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated Damp Proofing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in damp proofing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for diagnosing damp-related issues, applying damp proofing treatments, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Apply a range of damp proofing treatments, including tanking, injection systems, membrane installation, pointing and condensation control measures.
    • Perform associated remedial work, such as plastering and rendering, after damp proofing treatments.
    • Accurately complete work reports and provide detailed feedback on the job status to clients and management.
    • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
    • Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge in damp proofing, waterproofing, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of damp proofing systems such as DPC injection, tanking, and membranes.
    • Experience with plastering and rendering following damp treatments is a must.
    • Full UK driving license required (company van provided for work purposes).
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
