Damp Proofing jobs in Hailsham

We are looking for a skilled Multi Trader to join our growing team of Damp-proofing experts based in Tunbridge Wells. We require at least 2 years experience in rendering and plastering and that the correct candidate will be eager to learn and develop new skills and techniques.

As part of this role, you will be required to attend predominantly domestic properties in the areas of thorough out Kent , East Sussex and and Medway in order to carry out remedial damp proofing, timber treatments, plastering and rendering work and ocassionally light plumbing and basic electrical skills.

Prior damp proofing experience is not essential for this role, as we are able to provide full training within this specialist skill.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner and be able to work independently and part of a team. Loyalty and commitment and reliability is rewarding accordingly.

Duties:

• Working under Head Technician
• Full preparation of work site
• Working to drawings and specifications
• Full spectrum damp-proofing
• Dot and dabbing, rendering, skimming
• Light woodwork and timber treatment duties

Schedule:

• Weekdays 8.00am - 4.00pm
• No weekends (overtime if required)

Experience required:

• 2+ years of plastering and rendering experience
• Full, clean driving licence for at least 1 year

Salary based - dependent upon experience

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
