Job Description:

As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, with a particular focus on damp proofing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Damp Proofing:
• Apply damp proofing treatments and solutions to affected areas.
• Install damp proof membranes and barriers as required.
• Waterproof rendering and plastering
• Basic maintenance and general work including radiator removal, installing passive vents, replacing timber and small carpentry work, and other small tasks
• Customer Service:
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00 per year
